Nitul Saikia
Founder & CEO – XpressDrop

Nitul Saikia is an accomplished leader with over 14 years of experience in Last Mile Operations, Channel Management, and Logistics Strategy. He has worked with industry leaders like Xpressbees and Flipkart, and played a pivotal role in the growth and scalability of multiple startups.

Nitul began his professional journey at National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR) as a Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, where he developed a strong foundation in technical precision and discipline. He later worked with several innovative organizations in Bangalore including Metrix, Styletag.com, SportXS.com, and Ethos, gaining diverse experience across operations, e-commerce, and customer experience management.

Eventually, he shifted his base to Northeast India and assumed key leadership roles at Xpressbees and Flipkart, where he led large teams and complex logistics networks with exceptional success.

Throughout his career, Nitul has built strong expertise in scaling operations, optimizing delivery networks, and leading high-performance teams across diverse geographies. His deep understanding of last-mile logistics and passion for operational excellence led to the founding of XpressDrop — a venture focused on revolutionizing last-mile delivery services with precision, speed, and reliability.
